Job Description

Join Chase’s Card and Connected Commerce Content team and help bring credit card benefits to life through best-in-class storytelling. You will craft clear, engaging copy that helps customers travel, shop, and dine with Chase.

As a Copywriter, Card Benefits - Card and Connected Commerce, you will be responsible for developing content that highlights the benefits of Chase credit cards and inspires Chase customers to travel, shop and dine with Chase. You will work closely with editors, project managers, designers/producers and photo coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet editorial standards and align with business objectives. Your ability to craft customer-focused copy that communicates ideas in plain language highlights what’s new and prompts cardmembers to take action will be critical to success. Job Responsibilities

  • Write, and edit copy for marketing newsletters and partner emails across Chase’s credit card portfolio.
  • Ensure copy is clear, engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Maintain the applicable brand voice for each card and uphold high standards for JPMC content.
  • Provide copywriting and editing support for additional digital projects within Card and Chase Travel.
  • Collaborate well with other editors, project managers, designers and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply data and insights to continuously optimize content for impact and performance.
  • Partner with the VP, Card Benefits Content to expand the credit card newsletter program and evolve editorial tone and content pillars.
  • Stay current on trends in personal finance, travel, dining, and lifestyle journalism, bringing fresh ideas and editorial rigor to every piece.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ years of writing and editing experience with branded content, email marketing newsletters, or digital editorial with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized. Ability to manage multiple projects and hit tight deadlines independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align content with goals.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple high-volume projects and deliver impactful results while respecting dependencies.
  • Proven ability to interpret and execute marketing content briefs to create engaging content within tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of narrative storytelling and engaging readers through brand-owned content.
  • Genuine curiosity about card benefits, travel and lifestyle content.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment with structured review and approval processes.
