About the team:
The TikTok PGC (Professional Generated Content) Music Team is a specialized division within TikTok’s global Music Ecosystem, dedicated to curating, licensing, and optimizing high-quality, rights-cleared music experiences for professional creators, brands, and premium content partners in the U.S. market and beyond. Operating at the intersection of music rights, product innovation, and content strategy, our team empowers professional storytelling while safeguarding copyright integrity and driving mutual value for artists, labels, and the TikTok community.
- Ownership of the product design of the TikTok global rights protection strategy and rightsholder content management system. Collect requirements from various business lines and partners, dig out pain points for copyright strategy, propose solutions and design best practices.
- Work closely with R&D, design, BD and operation teams, including launching complex platform features, delivering training to internal clients & rights holder partners, and product iteration.
- Devise applicable metrics and efficiently align stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Pay continuous attention to the efficiency of each platform module and industry trends, carry out product model innovation and iteration.
