  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, consistency, tone, and structure.
  • Format and tailor content for different channels, audiences, and content lengths while preserving brand voice.

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Use approved AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise to accelerate first-pass ideation, headline options, copy variations, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Use AI responsibly to support productivity and exploration, while ensuring all final content is reviewed, edited, and approved by the writer.
  • Maintain a human-in-the-loop approach so all content meets brand, legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Collaboration and Workflow

  • Partner closely with designers, project managers, marketers, and senior creative team members during overlapping U.S. business hours.
  • Work within established project workflows using Adobe Workfront and related collaboration tools to manage revisions, timelines, and approvals.
  • Help maintain copy resources, messaging frameworks, style guides, and content libraries.
  • Collaborate with regional and global partners to adapt content appropriately for different formats and market needs.

Quality Control and Brand Compliance

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging standards, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
  • Conduct final reviews for grammar, formatting, accuracy, and compliance before publication or handoff.
  • Support localization and content adaptation efforts by preparing copy that is clear, structured, and easy to scale across markets.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content development, or marketing content creation roles.
