As a Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer (SE), you help customers transform the way work gets done using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and agent-powered experiences. Working alongside Copilot Specialists (SSPs), Customer Success, Account Team, partners, and engineering teams, you lead technical AI transformation engagements and help customers realize the full value of AI for Work.
You will build trusted relationships with business and technical decision makers, lead envisioning workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, and showcase how Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes. You will help customers accelerate AI adoption, secure technical decisions, and accelerate usage and value realization across the Microsoft ecosystem.
