Job Description

The Copacker Management Team acts as an interface between Red Bull’s functional areas and Red Bull’s copackers. As the central interface, the team is a key driver of collaboration and alignment – championing Red Bull’s interests with copackers, while also representing copackers’ needs and perspectives within Red Bull.

In this role, you take full ownership of projects end-to-end: from the first idea and scoping of concrete requirements, through process design, all the way to seamless go-live. You independently steer and monitor your projects, always keeping a holistic, end-to-end perspective and proactively surfacing cross-functional dependencies and business impact. Close collaboration and strong coordination with stakeholders across the Business Triangle (Operations, IT, Global Data) and with all copackers will define your day-to-day work and give you a direct hand in shaping Red Bull’s operations network.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In the Copacker Project Manager position, you will plan and manage cross-functional projects within Operations as well as with the copacker. You will organize, develop, and host project meetings and workshops. You will coordinate and align the business needs of Operations with the copacker and the business needs of the copacker with Red Bull departments. In addition, you will align and coordinate relevant initiatives within the triangle of Operations, IT, and Global Data.

COMMUNICATION

You will communicate with all internal and external stakeholders, complementing the existing peer-to-peer collaboration in a professional manner. Furthermore, you will establish yourself as the point of contact for all internal and copacker stakeholders within your projects.

NETWORK & PARTNER EVOLUTION

You will contribute to partner roadmap initiatives to further develop the Red Bull–copacker relationship, e.g., KPI and performance reporting, business process optimization, and continuous improvement projects. You will coordinate and contribute to overall network optimizations and/or potential production network expansions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Production Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.

Fluency in English, German is an advantage.

Min. 3 years’ experience in Operations/Supply Chain and Project Management.

Open communicator with strong networking skills and a collaborative cross‑functional mindset.

Proactive, hands-on approach to work.

Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
