Auto Warehousing Company is hiring a full time COPAC Data Analyst for our Dearborn MI office. Please apply quickly for this position!

Purpose

The COPAC Data Analyst ensures the accurate and efficient functioning of the COPAC system, performs data analysis, resolves issues, and supports operations teams. The COPAC Data Analyst assists operations and IT teams with rules and workflow in VIPS. The position also serves as a liaison between IT, regional, and corporate teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure data integrity.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain the functionality of the COPAC system to support continuous operations, including:
  • Updating rules, ramps, dealers, and route codes
  • Managing spot buys, NCR changes, and template extracts
  • Configuring dashboards, monitoring error wells, rebuilding ASNs, and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Helping diagnose potential EDI problems
  • Analyze COPAC data to confirm all charges are generated, vouchered, and accurately posted.
  • Identify and resolve COPAC errors, regenerating charges for payment as needed.
  • Implement and maintain various reports using Excel and Freight Verify to monitor and analyze COPAC payments.
  • Create accurate manual billings for operations and submit them for invoicing.
  • Maintain the damage application and complete IT tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist operations and other internal teams in resolving system or data-related issues, using knowledge of Ford processes.
  • Assist operations and IT teams with rules and workflow in VIPS.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate reporting and system integration.
  • Document and maintain COPAC workflow procedures and business rules.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support enterprise-wide COPAC initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management to facilitate decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with EDI processes, enterprise systems, and COPAC operations; experience with VIPS preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, reporting tools, and data validation methods
