Le/la coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve) et conformité RH fournit un soutien administratif et en matière de conformité aux activités des ressources humaines à travers le Canada et les États‑Unis. Le rôle appuie la gestion des données RH, la documentation, les processus d’intégration et de départ des employés, l’administration des politiques ainsi que le soutien en matière de conformité Santé et sécurité. Relevant du/de la gestionnaire des ressources humaines, ce poste veille à ce que les activités RH soient exactes, cohérentes et réalisées dans les délais à l’échelle des sites nord‑américains.

Mandate:
The HR Administrative & Compliance Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and compliance support to Human Resources across Canada and the United States. The role supports HR data management, documentation, onboarding and offboarding, policy administration, and Health & Safety compliance support. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position ensures HR activities are accurate, consistent, and executed in a timely manner across North American locations.
