The coordinator provides overall team leadership and ensures the effective delivery of harm reduction and outreach services across the regions. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including Case Manager services, and supports clients by facilitating optimal care through a range of assistance and resources. In collaboration with the Manager, the Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with network partners, represents LOFT at system tables, and ensures staff including partner agency staff are informed about program operations and documentation requirements for reporting purposes.
