Job Description

The Coordinator Workforce Planning & Analytics (WPA) supports the Workforce Planning Team and the Customer Support Leadership team by processing reports, flags, Progressive Guidance (PG) and miscellaneous reports. In addition, the WPA Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with TCS Scheduling Team as a Business Partner both as a team and at an individual level. The position also supports various departments while assisting with processing shift bids, schedule adjustments, leave of absences and escalations relating to Workforce processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training and ensuring accuracy on all TCS Business Partner’s processes and ensures timely coaching and feedback
  • Audits TCS work to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for all TCS training and coaches to ensure quality performance, growth and goal achievement
  • Supports TCS with coordinating and assisting with processing Shift Bids for all Customer Support departments and coordinating and tracking new hire work schedules
  • Ensure TCS has all required information for adhoc projects and Customer Support wide trainings
  • Answer questions from Customer Support Leadership and process various staffing reports regarding work schedules, work shift trades, and attendance guidelines
  • Supports TCS with issuing flags and/or PGs to Crewmembers based on established guidelines
  • Support TCS for the entering of segments for schedule adjustments
  • Monitor the accuracy of TCS work regarding schedule adjustments and make corrections as necessary
  • Monitor the accuracy of processing promotions, transfers, and separations in the workforce system
  • Process and/or maintain reports using spreadsheets or other data visualization tools like No Call No Show (NCNS) report, Compliance Report, Adherence Report
  • Administer Schedule Management (i.e. Trade Blocks)
  • Administer payroll reporting and reconciliation
  • WPA Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer Support Manager, Supervisors and frontline crewmembers,
  • Supports the entire WPA Team with miscellaneous reports, data pulls, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel formulas and macros
  • Maintain Microsoft Forms and Flows
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
  • Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry/typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Business Intelligence (BI) data tool
  • Proficient with SharePoint InfoPath
  • Create Microsoft Forms and Flows to optimize Customer Support schedule management

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
