The Opportunity

Build the future with us - As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting inventory movement, materials handling, and field teams across the Prairies & North. Your organization, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy will help ensure that our people have what they need—when they need it—to deliver meaningful work in communities across Canada.

Your Impact

• Follow all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) procedures.

• Coordinate packing, manifesting, and shipping of equipment and materials.

• Organize and maintain warehouse equipment, storage areas, and supplies.

• Purchase, track, and manage equipment, consumables, and inventory records.

• Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations.

• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment databases.

• Support equipment and fleet billing, booking, and maintenance activities.

• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment as required.

• Work with WSP technical teams to support project‑related logistics.

• Complete other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Experience in warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or logistics support.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel); experience with scheduling or project management tools is an asset.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials safely.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, dynamic project environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or digital tracking tools.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented approach when challenges arise.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $48,700 – $65,500
MB & ON: $44,500 – $62,100
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $44,000 – $59,300
