What You'll Do
• Coordinate vocational and work-based learning programs
• Supervise and support Job Coaches
• Partner with schools, employers, families, and community agencies
• Assist participants with job readiness, career exploration, and employment success
• Manage program documentation, reporting, and payroll processes
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or related field preferred
• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related experience accepted
• Experience working with youth, individuals with disabilities, or employment services preferred
• Valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation required
