Coordinate transportation functions that support the district’s student pass programs by overseeing the distribution, tracking, and administration of student ridership passcards for schools and students. Facilitate the development and implementation of procedures, policies, and utilization strategies that promote program accessibility, accountability, and increased student participation in district transportation services.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate the daily administration and support of the student ridership pass program, ensuring efficient operations and accurate tracking of student transportation data

Administer program budgets related to student pass systems and driver tablets, including monitoring expenditures and recommending cost-effective solutions

Oversee tablet inventory and infrastructure, including asset tracking, replacement scheduling, warranty management, software updates, and repair coordination

Maintain accurate records of transportation technology assets through management of asset tags, location tracking, and inventory databases

Monitor compliance metrics and generate daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports related to student ridership scans and transportation system usage

Collaborate with terminal staff, routing teams, and other departments to coordinate student manifest updates and the distribution of physical and virtual ridership pass cards

Assist with the annual rollout, communication, training support, and ongoing maintenance of the student ridership pass program and related mobile applications for guardians

Conduct route ride-alongs to evaluate program effectiveness, identify operational improvements, and support transportation staff training initiatives

Serve as a liaison between transportation departments, drivers, school staff, and guardians by providing professional communication and high-quality customer service

Analyze operational data and user feedback to recommend improvements to transportation software platforms, compliance processes, and ridership program performance

Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado commercial driver's license (CDL). Good driving record, insurable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines
- The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance
- Work collaboratively with others on a team
- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, in both written and oral formats
- Spanish proficiency preferred
