Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of retail-focused marketing programs aimed at strengthening in-store brand presence and supporting effective product visibility for consumers. The role works closely with suppliers, internal teams, sales representatives and retailers to coordinate point-of-purchase (POP) programs, manage dealer and sales representative communications, and support strategic account initiatives while helping sales teams and retail partners achieve their commercial objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Retail Marketing Coordination & Communications

• Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the development and execution of point-of-purchase displays (POP), fixtures and other materials initiatives, from initial concept and strategy through production, distribution and in-store delivery, with a strong focus on driving purchase conversion at retail and supporting key product launches;
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of POP initiatives, including collaborating with external agencies on creative and design development, briefing suppliers, overseeing production, developing and maintaining distribution lists, coordinating inventory flow, ensuring brand and quality standards are met, and communicating all updates, changes and key information to sales reps and retailers.
• Coordinate the delivery and receipt of marketing materials to and from Distribution Centers (DCs) and retail locations, ensuring accuracy, timelines and proper follow up to support flawless in store execution.
• Ensure all in store executions are fully aligned with CCM brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
• Coordinate the inventory management, distribution and ongoing support of technology-enabled retail programs, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address operational or technical issues as needed.
• Own dealer and sales representative communications, including newsletters and email updates. Coordinate and communicate all 360° launch support, including digital toolkits, POP updates, product launches and retail marketing initiatives, ensuring dealers have the information and tools needed for successful execution.

Strategic Account & Retail Marketing Support

• Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of strategic account initiatives by coordinating retailer-specific in-store and digital marketing needs. This includes adapting retail displays, fixtures and in-store marketing programs for store installations, retail activations, events and in-store graphics, while supporting digital initiatives through data entry, asset sourcing, digital asset coordination, and account-specific creative content for online campaigns, websites and other marketing activities.
• Develop, update and manage marketing tools designed to support sales representatives, dealers and the Trade Marketing team in retail execution, including promotional items, fixtures, in-store graphics, graphic lookbooks and other sales support materials.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Project Coordinator role is considered an asset;
• Knowledge of the retail environment, including in store branding, merchandising and fixtures;
• Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;
• Self starter who takes ownership of assigned projects and follows through on execution;
• Creative thinker, people oriented, with strong communication and project coordination skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
• Solid proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
