Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily supply chain operations by managing incoming orders, aiding in warehouse organization, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials.  This position also provides cross-functional support across supply chain activities to ensure efficiency and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Create and manage bin locations to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials
- Coordinate with purchasing, parts personnel, and the operations team to ensure material availability
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Cross-train with other supply chain functions to provide backup support as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts in inventory control and supply chain processes
Skills and Competencies:
- Problem solving mindset with focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Experience with data entry and maintenance
- Familiarity with procurement and warehouse practices preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required with preference to associate or bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in coordinator or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Standing, walking, and working in office or warehouse environments
- Occasional travel to field locations (up to 25%)
- May require extended hours during inventory counts, systems changes, or other significant projects
