The Role
Join CBH as a Coordinator – Shipping Executions and play a key role in the successful performance of the Bulk Export Program. This role is integral to ensuring cargo is delivered efficiently and on schedule, through the preparation and distribution of shipping documentation, while maintaining full compliance with export and regulatory requirements.
Based in our Perth Head Office, this is a full-time position offered on a fixed-term contract until 28 February 2027.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate preparation and distribution of shipping documentation across pre- and post-shipment activities
Support planning and execution of bulk grain shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Manage collection and dispatch of shipping samples in line with customer requirements
Investigate and resolve documentation issues to support smooth shipment execution
Review Letters of Credit and assist with document instructions and bank negotiations
Manage export contracts and coordinate surveyors and fumigation services
Ensure compliance with export regulations, including Customs and DAFF requirements
About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in export shipping, across bulk and/or containers (Desired)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Experience with the BSM system is highly regarded
