Coordinator, Sales – UA Korolenkivska St, 4 Block B, BC Gradient Kyiv 01033 Ukraine

About the role:

As a Coordinator, Sales – UA, you will play a key role in supporting Herbalife’s Member community through strategic event planning, promotional coordination, and effective communication. This multifaceted position blends sales support, marketing, and recognition initiatives to drive Member engagement and productivity.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and coordinate online and in-person events, including webinars, leadership meetings, and trainings
• Develop and execute promotional strategies, manage rewards delivery, and analyze performance metrics
• Lead Member communication efforts across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate messaging and recognition

Our requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) and native Ukrainian
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and local IS applications
• Experience in sales environments or MLM is a plus
• Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends
