Job Description

What you do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with pension insurance intermediaries from the PIF network.
  • Support the processes of recruiting, training, and developing intermediaries.
  • Monitor the accurate processing and administration of documentation and contracts.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and performance summaries for the intermediary network.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and sales development initiatives.
  • Provide support on matters related to pension insurance products and internal procedures.
  • Work closely with sales teams and other company departments to achieve business objectives.

What you bring:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, sales, or customer-facing role will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to process and analyze information and data.
  • Ability to use Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot etc.)
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
  • Interest in financial services and pension insurance.
