Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Coordinator - Sales Operations as below:

• Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities.
• Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors.
• Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
• Responsible for Company system inputs and updates.
• Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues.
• Assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.
• Assist District Sales Manager in running Sales weekly meeting and take the minutes.
• Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Qualifications

• Candidates have speaking capability in Chinese or Korean are preferred
• Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience.
• Knowledge of required company’s operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.
