
Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator. Only candidates located in the Philippines to apply.
The Coordinator, Sales Administration will support Carnval's travel agency sales channel across all global markets. The team member will support new travel agency set-ups and revisions to travel agency profiles in Carnival's systems according to all data and compliance requirements. Travel agency set-ups include validation of travel agency information, confirmation of business status, compliance review, and assigning commission to each travel agency partner. Role involves a combination of travel agent email communication, data collection, data review and data entry. Additional tasks can be assigned by department manager and AVP.
Essential functions:
Receive emails from travel advisors requesting agency set-up or changes. Ensure that application is complete and follow-up with travel agency (in writing or by phone) to collect any missing information. Receive phone calls from travel partners via the department pilot line. This will include actionable tasks for the coordinator or transfer the call to another department within Carnival.
