Coordinator Quality (m/w/d)Deutsch:
Die Position des Coordinator Quality (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Quality-Management-Teams sowie für die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätsstandards am Standort. Dabei umfasst die Rolle die Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem, das Auditmanagement sowie die Kunden- und Lieferantenqualität. Darüber hinaus initiiert und leitet der Coordinator Quality Verbesserungsprojekte, überwacht relevante Qualitätskennzahlen und stellt die Einhaltung von Kundenanforderungen sowie geltenden Qualitätsstandards sicher.

The Coordinator Quality (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and developing the Quality Management team while ensuring and continuously improving quality standards at the site. The role oversees the Quality Management System, audit management, as well as customer and supplier quality activities. In addition, the Coordinator Quality initiates and leads improvement projects, monitors key quality performance indicators, and ensures compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.

Deutsch:

• Führung und Entwicklung des QM-Teams verantwortlich für Kunden-/Lieferantenbetreuung, QM-System und Auditmanagement
• Planung und Festlegung von Arbeitsplänen, Aufgaben und Arbeitsabläufen zur Erreichung der Abteilungsziele bzw. betrieblichen Ziele
• Überwachung der Leistung im Hinblick auf Standards, Budgets und Abteilungsziele bzw. betriebliche Ziele, Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Motivation der Mitarbeiter sowie zur Verbesserung von Produktivität, Qualität und Effizienz
• Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems und Vorbereitung von Zertifizierungsaudits
• Durchführung von internen Audits, Vorbereitung von Kundenaudits und Pflege des Auditmanagements
• Sicherstellung des konformen PPF/PPAP-Verfahrens und Reklamationsmanagement (Kunde/Lieferant)
• Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten inkl. Reduzierung der Non Quality Costs

• Planning and defining work schedules, tasks, and workflows to achieve departmental and company-wide goals
• Monitoring performance against standards, budgets, and departmental and company-wide goals; implementing corrective actions in the event of deviations
• Defining and implementing measures to motivate employees and improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Further developing the QM system and preparing for certification audits
• Conducting internal audits, preparing for customer audits, and maintaining audit management
• Ensuring compliance with PPF/PPAP procedures and managing complaints (customer/supplier)
• Leading improvement projects, including reducing non-quality costs
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und idealerweise erste Erafahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung und Umsetzung der IATF16949 sowie kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse über Qualitätssysteme, -werkzeuge und -methoden (z. B. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenzen (z.B. 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Six Sigma), Erfahrung in der Leitung von Problemlösungsteams
• Auditorenausbildung und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits (VDA6.3, IATF16949)
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Analytisches Denkvermögen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

English:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management, with ideally some initial experience in employee supervision and leadership
• Knowledge of the practical application and implementation of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methods (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Six Sigma), experience leading problem-solving teams
• Auditor training and experience conducting audits (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
