Develop, maintain and implement quality standards related to food safety, customer requirements, FSSC22000 or equivalent, religious and sustainability standards in the plant; Drive change to achieve improved quality standards and investigation of non-conformances and complaints; Respect and promote people safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • FSSC 22000 implementation
  • Handling of religious & sustainability audits
  • Draft, review and implement food safety
  • standards (including HACCP)
  • Lead projects to improve food safety standards
  • Participate in Plant Projects
  • Handling of customer audits
  • Ensure implement of customer requirements

About you:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety in a local, international food, pharmaceutical or feed
  • company
  • Experience in auditing
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge of Food Safety management, HACCP management, GMPs (Hygiene practices, Sanitation, Environmental
  • Monitoring, Pest Control etc), GFSI certification schemes (BRC, FSSC 22000).
