Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to the Property Marketing team, including management of on-property touchpoints under the Property Marketing team’s care.
Assist with finance-related processes, including raising purchase requests and tracking invoices related to projects under Property Marketing.
Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and databases to support team operations.
Assist with info governance for the team, including the organisation of files & folders within the Property Marketing team’s shared drive.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the Executive Director.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items where required.
Coordinate schedules, travel, and meeting logistics for the Property Marketing team.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.
Perform other administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the Property Marketing team.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience will be beneficial.
Other Prerequisites
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
