YOU WILL BE:

Reporting to the Brand Promotions AVP, the Promotions Analyst will play a key role on the Brand Promotions Marketing team, maintaining critical documents and reports integral to the Exemplar Luxury Group Promotional Calendar process. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager and AVP to strategize and execute promotional events from start to finish, including assisting with research, coordinating communications, developing marketing materials, requesting promotional set up, assisting with post-event reporting, and more. You’ll act as a key liaison to store operations, merchants, planning, analytics, creative, loyalty and other areas of the business to ensure all event details are clear and accurate in all areas. You’ll assist in competitive recapping, sending weekly summaries and tracking live events to identify business opportunities in real time. Assist in the management of brand inclusions/exclusions as well as opportunities/liabilities to performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the analysis of event recaps to provide insights for calendar optimizations that meet sales, margin, and profitability goals.
• Assist in maintaining key company documents tied to the Exemplar Luxury Group Promotions strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather promotional feedback, incorporating operational priorities into the planning process.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of event communications, marketing materials, and store tools to support omni promotional event plans.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with analytics, merchants, planning, store operations, and other teams.
• Monitor digital, store, and omni-channel competitive activity, including tracking competitive inclusions and exclusions to help identify opportunities to drive sales and wallet share.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 0-1 Years’ experience in Marketing or Merchandise Planning
• 4-year degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated attention-to-detail.
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically with strong problem-solving skills.
• Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solution oriented mindset
• Comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities while maintaining executional excellence
• Customer-focused, with a solid understanding of consumer behavior and internal stakeholder needs
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
