THE ROLE:
The Coordinator, Platform Monetization supports day-to-day platform operations and publishing workflows across social and digital platforms. This roleis responsible forexecuting content uploads,maintainingasset organization, and supporting monetization efforts to ensureaccurateandtimelycontent delivery.
TheCoordinatorassistsin content optimization, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support overall platform performance and revenue goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinator, Platform Monetization
PlatformPublishingExecution &Operations:
Execute day-to-day publishing workflows across platforms, ensuring content is uploaded accurately and on time
Execute the direct upload process for platform-native content,maintainingquality control and technical accuracy
Support content packaging, including metadata, titling, thumbnails, and formatting, in alignment with platform best practices
Assistin managing asset organization, tracking, and Airtable systems to ensure visibility and accuracy across teams
Perform daily audits to confirm content has published correctly and meets quality standards
Support long-form content scheduling by ensuring alignment with rights, availability, and internal tracking systems
Troubleshoot basic publishing issues, including upload errors and formatting inconsistencies
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
Monitor content performance and flag opportunities for optimization
Support A/B testing initiatives by implementing changes and tracking results
Apply platform best practices and monetization guidelines to content execution
Track platform trends, new features, and monetization opportunities, sharing updates with the team
Assistinidentifyingunderperforming content and implementing optimization updates
Maintain and update series toolkits to ensure consistency in branding, aligning with both linear marketing and overall brand strategy
Contribute to content planning through brainstorming sessions and collaborative ideation
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with production teams to ensuretimelydelivery and proper formatting of assets
Support collaboration with Organic Social by ensuring content is properly prepared for monetization execution
Assistinmaintainingorganization across Airtable and internal tracking systems
Participate in cross-functional workflows to support content rollout and monetization needs
Communicate updates on asset status, publishing timelines, and execution progress
Support Managers and Coordinators in executing workflows andmaintainingoperational efficiency
Assistinidentifyingprocess improvements and workflow optimizations
Maintain documentation, trackers, and internal systems to ensure organization and accuracy
Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS: Coordinator, Platform Monetization
1–3 years of experience in digital media, content operations, or platform publishing
Familiarity with CMS tools, content management systems, and platform workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage assets and publishing processes accurately
Basic understanding of platform performance metrics and digital content optimization
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Hourly Pay Range: $34.19 - $38.46Annual Incentive Target: 5%
The annual/hourlypay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
