We are looking for a Coordinator Plant Maintenance to lead Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals in delivering and executing the asset maintenance plan for Concentrator Maintenance. In this role, you will support and deploy effective asset management plans and objectives that help maximize asset value through safe, reliable operations, lifecycle management, modelling and forecasting. You will allocate work, supervise team activities and coordinate planned, unplanned and shutdown maintenance to support sustainable physical assets and business results.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading in a safety-critical industrial environment and wants to strengthen asset management, maintenance execution and people leadership capability.
Enjoy the outdoors year-round, with camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating throughout the summer and fall. Winter activities include groomed snowmobile and snowshoeing trails, as well as alpine and cross-country skiing, often beneath the Northern Lights.
