We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator – Parts and Resources to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our Planners and Field Maintenance Engineers, ensuring that parts are effectively managed and resources are deployed efficiently across our operations.
Manage the ordering, tracking, and control of parts and stock levels
Support the coordination of resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Work closely with Planners and Engineers to meet operational requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are updated in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in parts ordering and stock management
A basic knowledge or understanding of electrical components
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Excel and general IT systems
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
The ability to manage your own workload and work independently
Level 4 or or above in Maths & English
