About this job:

Responsible for assisting and coordinating the day-to-day logistics and operations for summer school. Ensures high quality customer service, coordination of materials and registration, and support for professional development and data management. Works cross-functionally to ensure that all logistical aspects are properly implemented and that there is effective communication across departments and school.

Dates & Hours:

  • RSS Staff Training:
    • Asynchronous virtual training (3 hrs) available May 22nd.
    • In-person training: June 5th, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm & June 8th 7:30 am - 12:00pm
  • 5 week program runs June 9th - July 10th 2026. No school on June 19th.
  • Staff Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supports planning processes by scheduling and coordinating professional development and training, communicating with families, and tracking attendance of participants; coordinates the purchase, delivery, circulation and inventory of supplies.
  • Supports and creates summer school processes and structures using project management tools; manages data for tracking and reporting on attendance, enrollment and other program logistics.
  • Coordinates with the team and other departments to ensure proper communication and registration logistics are identified and executed for summer school students and staff; ensures information is updated, posted and communicated as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with team members, other District stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful preparation and implementation of summer school; organizes operations across a variety of teams at the central office and school level.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
