Job Description

To support and coordinate Cambodia’s container operations in a cost-effective, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.

To ensure optimal equipment balance across available depots based on forecasted volumes and actual stock levels.

To ensure timely and accurate reporting of EPOS events and maintain high data quality.

To support equipment forecasting, performance monitoring, and equipment handling activities in Cambodia.

  • Act as the Operations focal point in Cambodia and coordinate with terminals, feeder operators, authorities, depots, and M&R vendors.
  • Monitor and manage Hapag-Lloyd’s equipment stock and availability in Cambodia.
  • Coordinate with Sales to prepare and maintain accurate equipment forecasts.
  • Monitor long-outstanding containers and equipment turnaround time, and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Coordinate with depots and terminals to ensure EPOS events are reported accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with feeder operators on feeder space booking, allocation, and utilization.
  • Conduct regular depot visits and ensure M&R activities are performed in accordance with Hapag-Lloyd standards.
  • Support other operations-related activities and projects as required.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in container shipping or logistics operations.
  • Good knowledge of container shipping and operational procedures.
  • Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
