Job Description:

The Coordinator, Merchandise on Demand, will support the growth of the existing MOD business, currently live on multiple online marketplaces. This candidate will own the end-to-end process of uploading finished, approved designs to various sales channels. Working alongside the Assistant Manager, the Coordinator will interface with multiple support teams to ensure that the monthly roadmap is managed and processed appropriately. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners including Retail Sales and Marketing, Brand Merch, Creative Design, Copy, MOD Operations, Accounting, and Analytics.

This position will report to the Manager, Flexible Business Models and will site onsite in Glendale, CA or Celebration, FL.

Responsibilities

You Will:

• Ensure that all designs in the monthly roadmap are uploaded to the appropriate sales channel and meet the product listing requirements set forth by each retailer, proactively identifying and resolving item launch issues to support successful product availability.
• Create and maintain product tracking documents and related merchandising tools to support product uploads and ongoing business operations.
• Pull weekly sales reports through retailer-specific portals and prepare sales recap files to support timely reporting of business updates.
• Compile monthly sales, earnings, and tax remittance reports from retailer-specific portals for submission to Accounting.
• Manage and track sample requests and requirements for lifestyle photography, social media campaigns, and other business initiatives.
• Maintain the Embargo & Anniversary Calendar to support timely execution of key product launches and milestones.
• Participate in departmental and team meetings, providing status updates, highlighting challenges, and supporting resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business needs, facilitate communication, drive efficiencies, and ensure successful execution.
• Provide back-end support to the team, as needed

Basic Qualifications

You Will Have:

• 1+ years of experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Products industry
• Intermediate-level in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in other Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a willingness to learn retailer-specific tools and portals
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate others and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• High motivation, willingness to learn

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $54,000.00-$72,300.00 per year and in Celebration, FL is $50,200.00 - $69,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
