We are seeking multiple Coordinator Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) professionals to join our Major Works team supporting shutdown and major maintenance activities across Rio Tinto's Pilbara operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced maintenance professionals who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Working closely with Supervisors, Maintainers, Planners and Contractors, you will play a key role in coordinating the safe and efficient execution of major works across Rio Tinto's heavy mobile equipment fleet.
Reporting to the Supervisor Major Works you will help drive shutdown execution, resource coordination and maintenance delivery while developing your leadership capability in a supportive and high-performing team environment.
