Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Validate the delivery status of all material scheduled and provide mitigating actions for issues
Complete requisitions for new items, parts description changes and min/max changes supporting Plant Maintenance and Supply Chain
Order special tools or equipment, as required
Coordinate part requirements with purchasing, planning and execution
Assist with material management of cores and parts returns, shipping requirements, and material issues, etc.
Assist crews with break-in work orders, parts sourcing and availability
Verify availability of service manuals and relevant technical documentation for processing equipment via regular communication with Execution
Recognize parts book issues and initiate corrective actions as well as build new books as required
Aid in the organization, storage and tracking of parts
Participate and contribute appropriately in daily and weekly scheduling meetings
Assist during continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with job plan creation
Implement and develop Best Practices
Review and process warranty claims. Liaise with Warranty Coordinator and vendors
Assist with monthly and yearly shutdown planning, tooling, consumables supplies and parts deliveries
Support planning and scheduling as back up, when required
Prior experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and common Microsoft tools
Working knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Materials Management Best Practices
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
