The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all, as well as coordinating the preparation and execution of regional and national marketing events and sponsorship activities that take place in our Square BDC event space. You will play a key role in creating and growing a vibrant community that delivers remarkable experiences where people can achieve their goals while enjoying their time in the office.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Manage event requests and follow up on them according to established standards and timelines.
  • Plan national and regional events as well as sponsorship activations.
  • Coordinate and execute a varied program of events: sponsorships, activations, conferences, cocktail parties, etc.
  • Ensure a smooth event experience in collaboration with multiple internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify gaps in the day-to-day experience and prioritize requests for visitor and event space usage.
  • Act as a brand ambassador while managing the day-to-day operations of Square spaces and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in various portfolio-related marketing projects.
  • Maintain and optimize the documentation, procedures and tools necessary for the smooth running of daily operations, in accordance with service standards.
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks: report creation, data entry, project coordination.
  • Perform any other related tasks to support the marketing and day-to-day operations of event spaces.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, event coordination or communications.
  • Strong experience in organizing and coordinating events from planning to execution.
  • Ability to ensure rigorous operational management, in compliance with standards, processes and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills between teams, with internal and external partners.
  • Contribution to the creation of promotional content and the development of marketing materials (presentations, promotional tools, communications).
  • Rigor in following procedures and meeting compliance requirements.
  • Versatility, autonomy and sense of initiative, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
