Logistics Coordinator

What awaits you?

Your mission is to ensure a flawless flow of materials for series production by balancing data precision with proactive supplier management.

  • Maintain and optimize master data in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to ensure a seamless parts supply across all production technologies.
  • Monitor delivery performance daily and leadurgent, piece-by-piece tracking and follow-up with suppliers to resolve bottlenecks and prevent line stops.
  • Manage supply models and coordinate engineering changes across different Plants to ensure material control is always up to date.
  • Oversee delivery performance for the Plant and manage supplier claims to ensurerecovering costs from suppliers due to delivery failures.
  • Provide full transparency through detailed reports on parts availability, order status, and change management for management circles.

What should you bring along?

We are looking for a proactive professional who combines technical supply chain expertise with a digital-forward mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
  • + 2 yearsof experience in Automotive Logistics.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in bothEnglish and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MRP systems, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Ability to use technology and best-practice methods to improve traditional processes.
