Job Description

The Coordinator, Lifecycle Marketing will assist in executing the Club’s direct-to-fan marketing strategy. Working directly with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Paid Media, this role will manage campaign timelines and creative requests, support paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and build and deploy email and SMS campaigns to targeted segments of the fanbase.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns that support ticketing, merchandise, partnership, and community initiatives
  • Manage the Club's SMS messaging program, including content creation, scheduling, and list management
  • Work with the Business Strategy and Analytics team to segment the fan database by behavior, preferences, and fan journey stage
  • Develop personalized messaging for key audiences, including season ticket members, single-match buyers, and prospective fans
  • Coordinate and track paid media campaigns with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent messaging across email, SMS, and paid media
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue
  • Run A/B tests and recommend improvements to increase engagement and retention
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of email and SMS platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Attentive), plus the ability to segment audiences and analyze campaign performance data
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities at once
  • Effective verbal and written communication, and comfort working across departments
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities
  • Ability to be a team player and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment
  • Graphic design and/or video editing skills are a plus
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as requirered
  • Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools is a plus
