Bachelor’s Degree or four years of HR experience supporting HR processes and systems including leave management administration
2 years of direct experience administering FMLA and ADA accommodations
Professional Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
