That’s why we’re seeking a Coordinator, Learning Services accountable for supporting the Learning Services team by executing defined LMS operational, administrative, and delivery support processes accurately, efficiently, and consistently. This role assists with routine LMS builds and updates, learning content administration, Learning Inbox support, labcontent uploads and support, standardized reporting, and documentation management to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of training programs.

The Coordinator operates within established SOPs, templates, and build standards, performing high-volume, repeatable activities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working closely with the Associate and Senior Manager, this role helps ensure operational consistency while escalating complex technical issues, risks, or requirements that fall outside established processes.

This role is intended to provide foundational experience in learning operations and LMS administration while supporting the efficient delivery of Learning Services programs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort learning new technology systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous LMS experience is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support routine LMS builds, updates, and configurations using documented templates, SOPs, and established build standards.
  • Upload, organize, maintain, and retire learning content within the LMS according to defined standards.
  • Manage learner enrollments, assignments, access requests, and course lifecycle updates.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy, metadata, version control, and system hygiene across assigned LMS activities.
  • Execute standardized LMS reports, including participation, completion, and compliance tracking.
  • Perform LMS quality checks prior to handoff or publishing to ensure setup accuracy and consistency.
  • Support uploads and related LMS administrative activities.
  • Identify and escalate system issues, process gaps, or risks to the Associate or Senior Manager.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Learning Inbox inquiries and LMS support requests.
  • Troubleshoot common LMS access, navigation, enrollment, completion, and learner account issues.
  • Provide timely and professional communication regarding support requests, status updates, and next steps.
  • Document issues accurately and escalate complex technical problems or requests beyond defined scope.
  • Support learners and internal stakeholders by following established support processes and escalation pathways.
  • Track assigned LMS requests, tasks, and deliverables using designated trackers and documentation tools.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, status updates, and project artifacts related to assigned work.
  • Assist with scheduling LMS-related meetings and maintaining supporting documentation as needed.
  • Identify potential delays, missing information, or blockers and proactively communicate them to the Associate or Senior Manager.
  • Verify assigned LMS activities meet documented requirements and quality standards prior to handoff.
  • Support Learning Services delivery activities while ensuring broader project ownership remains with the appropriate project lead or stakeholder.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in administration, operations, customer support, training coordination, project coordination, learning support, education, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Learning technology, LMS, training, education, business administration, or related coursework.
  • Experience working within structured processes, SOPs, or administrative workflows.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent tasks, requests, or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, or requests simultaneously.
  • Experience using business systems, databases, software applications, or other technology platforms to complete day-to-day work.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems and processes quickly.
  • Experience using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience supporting learning, training, education, enablement, or customer support programs.
  • Experience performing content administration, reporting, user management, or system support activities.
  • Experience working in regulated, compliance-focused, or quality-driven environments.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business systems to manage work and track progress.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and technology platforms.
  • Ability to follow documented SOPs, checklists, templates, and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
