We are seeking a Coordinator, Learning to join our team in any of our offices
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the Firm’s learning initiatives and compliance training to promote a culture of a continuous learning for all members of the Firm. Another primary function of this role is the administration of our learning management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Programming
Compliance Training Administration
Learning Management System ("LMS") Administration
What you'll bring:
Diploma, certificate or degree in Adult Education or Human Resources or 2 -3 years of experience in a learning and development role.
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
Experience in administering a Learning Management System.
Proficiency in Intermediate Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint, Intermediate Word.
An understanding of adult learning principals and how to apply them in the workplace an asset.

We offer a market-leading total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $53,000 to $63,000.
The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
