Job Description

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.

The salary range for this role is $64,306 to $90,785 dependent on skills and experience.

The opportunity

We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Capital Delivery Development team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the role for you!

You will get to:

  • Filter, prioritise and allocate incoming applications

  • Track and follow up progress of assigned tasks 

  • Review and update process maps, workflow, standard templates, checklists, standard operation procedures 

  • Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments, and minute-taking

  • Collate data for monthly and Quarterly reporting information.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in office administration

  • Knowledge of online workflow and record-keeping platforms

  • A strong ability to multitask

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong computer skills and experience with the MS suite of products

  • Experience with consent administration would be an advantage.
