WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate and manage daily sales administration activities, including preparation and submission of sales reports to the Sales Team and Management.
• Handle distributor-related processes such as claims, stock transfers, credit notes, bank guarantee requests, renewals, and new distributor onboarding.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain monthly sales reports, KPI reports, sales presentations, and other management reports to support business decisions.
• Process and monitor sales operational expenses, sales competition activities, and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
• Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and special events while supporting the team with effective sales administration services.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Coordination, or a similar role.
• Professional qualification or Bachelor’s degree or in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Familiar with Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
