What You Will Do
With general guidance from the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
How You Will Make A Impact
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged product.

What You Will Bring
• Must have a high diploma, GED or equivalent for this position.
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 3 years.
• Previous experience in cycle counting highly desired.
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory.
• Be certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• ERP systems(D365/SAP)
• Ability to accurately count products and convert counts into cases/pallets.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Have strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
