Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Overall Responsibilities

1. Sample Tracking & Information Management• Monitor and track the progress of product samples throughout the production lifecycle.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure precise information from factories. • Coordinate sample arrangement to in-house photo studio for HI-Res photo shooting. • Operate in system like Airtable & SAP.

2. Communication & Coordination• Manage incoming correspondence request from the US team; Ensure prompt follow-up on action items.• Draft clear email responses in English.• Communicate sample updates and requirements to domestic factories.

Additional Requirements

1. Education• Current undergraduate or graduate student.• Open to all majors; however, a preference will be given to English majors or candidates demonstrating exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.

2. Technical Skills• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific emphasis on Excel (formulas, formatting, and data entry).• Excellent information processing skills with the ability to manage large sets of data accurately.

3. Communication Skills• Ability to quickly comprehend English emails and instructions.• Capable of communicating clearly, accurately, and professionally in a cross-cultural business environment.
