About the role:
The Coordinator will have operational responsibility for the Hub and will oversee the coordination of all clinical and non-clinical services. This position has supervisory responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers, Registered Nurses, General Practitioners, Intake and Assessment Officers, Administration Officers, Mental Health and Social, Emotional Wellbeing Workers. The Coordinator will oversee the delivery and evaluation of women’s health initiatives in alignment with program objectives and funding requirements.
Jalbu provides women and girls access to health and health related care and support through a safe women friendly space with the simplicity of service navigation, provision of flexible holistic care, and free services provided by a diverse workforce.
The position is responsible for the effective operational coordination of staffing, financial, and material resources to support high-quality service delivery. This role reports directly to the Practice Manager, Jalbu Hub.
