Coordinator - Integrated Medical Services

Introduction:
The Aga Khan University Hospital in addition to its five Hospitals creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets for assigned Medical Centres (MCs)
- Plan and conduct promotional activities, including health events, medical camps, and open-house clinics in corporate and community settings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, and support services) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of MCs
- Ensure service continuity during emergencies in coordination with managers, safety & security, and other relevant departments
- Supervise and support financial processes, including cash handling, petty cash management, and compliance with financial policies provided by the Finance Department
- Monitor day-to-day financial activities and perform random checks (e.g., cash handling, inventory control) to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain staff duty, rosters and monthly overtime reports for assigned MCs
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance across all roles within the MCs
- Ensure 100%o credentialing and documentation of doctors practicing at the MCs.
- Maintain the facility's standards through regular rounds and coordination of housekeeping needs
- Raise material stock and purchase requisitions monthly
- Manage inventory of medical, surgical, and consumable supplies to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with safety and security teams to conduct environmental rounds, enforce safety protocols, arrange safety trainings, and ensure timely reporting
- Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) forums and support the implementation of approved action plans
