We are seeking a passionate professional to step into the role of Coordinator Indigenous Engagement and help drive meaningful, long‑term change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at CQUniversity. Your work will directly shape programs, pathways and initiatives that open doors and strengthen futures.
In this position, you’ll lead a dedicated team while building strong relationships with schools, community groups, industry partners and internal staff. You will implement programs, conduct events and engagement activities that showcase opportunities, support smooth transitions into university life and enhance the visibility of Indigenous programs across our regions. You’ll also contribute to strategic leadership, mentor staff, and help shape initiatives that improve participation, retention and long‑term success.
