A Coordinator I plays a key role in supporting our Plastics and Plumbing business. As a Coordinator I, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage certification for Plastics and Plumbing clients across North America, ensuring smooth certification processes and top-tier client experiences.
Collaborate with Project Managers to guide clients through the NSF certification process
Coordinate and execute certification services while meeting key performance goals
Maintain accurate client records in internal and external databases
Support the Project Management team with routine administrative tasks and data organization
Help drive operational excellence by meeting turnaround times and KPIs
Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Clear and professional written communication.
HS Diploma required, prefer college degree
