Job Description

NSF is looking for a Coordinator to oversee administrative functions for the Audit Delivery division.

  • Review and approve auditor expense reports, ensuring accurate audit and expense information being provided by auditors
  • Provide administration support to the Audit Delivery management teams
  • Complete special projects for the Audit Delivery team (collecting auditor information, updating our internal Auditor database, etc.)
  • Support our Learning platform and Auditor database in general administrative requests (assigning trainings, creating new resources, modify resource records, etc.)
  • Assist in entering audit assignment and scheduling details in our internal database
  • Other duties as needed Experience:
  • Experience performing general office work: data entry, word processing
  • Experience working with Microsoft Programs, specifically Word and Excel Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative with a global mindset, engages with internal and external stakeholders across regions, divisions, and functions to achieve business results
