As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative and process functions of the HR department in an accurate, effective manner. What you will do?

• Provide accurate advice to internal clients on HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Conduct thorough investigations and disciplinary meetings in cases of discrimination, harassment, or other misconduct
• Review, update, and maintain all HR documentation, including position descriptions, employee handbooks, and manager toolkits
• Coordinate and manage the administration of Apprentice and Trainee requirements, including probationary and annual appraisals
• Oversee and administer training and development programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining LMS, and updating courses as needed

More about you

• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture or a related field is highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing business needs
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams
