About this role:

The Coordinator, Human Resources plays a key role in delivering an exceptional teammate experience by supporting day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, learning and development initiatives, employee relations, and engagement and recognition programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What you'll do

  • HR Operations & Administrative Support: Manage HR calendars, coordinate meetings and training sessions, reserve conference rooms, maintain organizational charts, support HR communications, track invoices and budgets, create purchase orders in NetSuite, and maintain PO tracking reports.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Coordinate all aspects of onboarding including first-day orientation, New Hire Tee Off events, welcome gifts, compliance training, new hire announcements, and staff newsletter content.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide administrative support for employee relations processes, maintain confidential documentation, support investigations and follow-up activities, prepare reports and correspondence, and assist with policy and process administration.
  • Learning & Development Programs: Support learning and development staff events, Linkedln Learning administration, leader development programs, including enrollment tracking, communications, and event logistics.
  • Recognition & Employee Experience Programs: Coordinate AwardCo administration, annual employee recognition program, staff gifts, holiday celebrations, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Benefits & Compliance Administration: Assist with tuition reimbursement program administration, compliance training tracking and reporting, and employee acknowledgments.
  • Special Projects & Program Support: Support HR Team initiatives, organizational events, and other HR projects as assigned.

Where you'll be:

This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office community days. Employees can choose between Monday or Thursday as their third in-office day.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Talent Development, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $62,000. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. In addition to your base compensation, the USGA provides competitive benefit offerings for all full-time employees.
