Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new employees.

  • Process amendments to employee terms and conditions, including promotions, transfers and contract changes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HRIS systems are updated.

  • Process employee requests including employment letters, social welfare forms, references and related documentation.

  • Support Induction and Onboarding processes.

  • Assist in HR Investigations, performance reviews and disciplinary processes.

  • Able to balance competing priorities of self and others to ensure deadlines are met, whilst understanding the needs, timescales and deadlines of others, enabling the delivery of customer service
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work at pace, plan own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ensures that high standards of accuracy are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership and employees.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organization, planning, and follow-through of assigned tasks.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders/tasks.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of Irish employment law preferred.

These two divisions represent the core strengths of StandardAero, our exhaustive engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services capabilities and our significant portfolio of component repair services for business aviation, commercial aviation, military, fixed wing, helicopter and industrial power customers.
