On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our Housekeeping team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Prepare daily reports and updates
• Handle calls, requests, and follow-ups
• Use Opera/FCS1 to track room status and service requests
• Monitor and follow up on trace reports
• Raise and track maintenance/service requests
• Support room assignments and system updates
• Control master keys and devices
• Track on-loan items
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and priorities
• Manage leave records and communicate sick calls
• Monitor room turnover and report updates
• Support communication during PMS downtime
• Handle pest complaints and missing item logs
• Ensure proper shift handovers and office supplies
• Provide admin support to Housekeeping leadership
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• 2+ years admin experience （hospitality/luxury preferred）
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Knowledge of Opera & FCS1
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good communication, organization, and admin skills
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
